A: We are a manufactory specializing in storage rack solutions.

Q2: What is the raw material of your products?

A: The primary raw material for normal temperature warehouses is carbon steel Q235B. For cold storage (-18°C or lower), we use Q345D or customized steel types.

Q3: Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

A: No, we do not have an MOQ requirement for most products. However, a 1*20ft container is recommended for cost efficiency.

Q4: What is the delivery time?

A: It depends on the order quantity and racking types, normally ranging from 15 to 30 days after receipt of the deposit.

Q5: How are the products packaged for export?

A: Standard export packaging is used. Parts are stacked, secured with packing tape, and covered with plastic film. Medium-sized shelf plates are packed in cartons.

Q6: How do I install the racks?

A: We provide detailed installation videos and drawings. We can also send engineers to guide or provide a team for on-site installation if necessary.
