Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a specialized manufactory for storage racks and steel platforms.
What is the raw material of your products?
We primarily use carbon steel Q235B. For cold storage (minus 18°C or lower), we utilize Q345D or other customized steel types.
Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
No, we do not have an MOQ requirement for most products. However, a 20ft container is recommended to optimize shipping costs.
What is your typical delivery time?
It usually ranges from 15 to 30 days after receipt of deposit, depending on order quantity and racking types.
How will I install the racks?
We provide detailed installation videos and drawings. If required, we can send an engineer or a professional team to guide site installation.
