Mezzanine racking is a storage system that consists of two or three levels built above the existing warehouse floor. Its core purpose is to increase storage capacity through "vertical space expansion" and is suitable for warehouses with ceiling heights of 4.5 meters or more.

It can increase storage space by 50%-80% at a cost significantly lower than warehouse expansion. It allows for compartmentalized storage (low-frequency goods on the upper levels and high-frequency goods on the lower levels) and can be combined with freight elevators and shelving to accommodate small, medium-sized, and light-to-medium-sized goods (single-level load capacity 200-2000kg).

Connection sections: All-bolted assembly. Framework includes upright frames, beams, floors, laminates, and stairs. Floor categories: Cold rolled shapes, glaze floors, riffled floor, grated floor, and perforated floor.

Widely used in high storerooms for auto parts, electronics, light industry, clothing, and classified preservation projects. Typical loading capacity ranges from 300kg-1000kg/m².
