Mezzanine racking is a storage system that consists of two or three levels built above the existing warehouse floor. Its core purpose is to increase storage capacity through "vertical space expansion" and is suitable for warehouses with ceiling heights of 4.5 meters or more.
It can increase storage space by 50%-80% at a cost significantly lower than warehouse expansion. It allows for compartmentalized storage (low-frequency goods on the upper levels and high-frequency goods on the lower levels) and can be combined with freight elevators and shelving to accommodate small, medium-sized, and light-to-medium-sized goods (single-level load capacity 200-2000kg). It is widely used in industries such as e-commerce, electronics, and daily chemicals. Its removable structure allows for flexible future adjustments.

System Specifications
- The attic platform is supported by shelves, which can be designed into multi-storey floors (usually 2-3 floors).
- Stairs, handrails and lifts are provided. This is a simple shelf that makes full use of space.
- Build an intermediate attic on the existing shelf or work site to increase the storage area.
- Generally, light bubbles and small and medium-sized goods can be placed on the attic floor, or goods with long storage period can be lifted by forklift, conveyor belt, hoist, electric hoist or lifting platform.
- Connection sections: All-bolted. Framework sections: upright frames, beams, floors, laminates, stairs and wire meshes.

A: No, we do not have MOQ requirement for most products. However, a 20ft container is recommended for cost efficiency.
