Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a manufactory for storage rack.
What is the raw material of your products?
The raw material brand of our normal temperature warehouse is carbon steel Q235b. For cold storage at minus 18 degrees Celsius or lower, we adopt Q345D. Other types of steel can be customized according to your needs.
Do you have MOQ (minimum order quantity) limitation?
No, we do not have MOQ requirement for most of our products. Normally a 1*20ft container order is recommended to save cost and facilitate operation.
What is the packaging of the products?
Standard export packaging. All parts are packed with packing tape after being stacked regularly and covered with plastic film. Steel plates are packed in cartons and then secured with belts.
What are your payment methods?
We support T/T bank transfer.
What is your delivery time?
It depends on the order quantity and racking types, normally it is 15 to 30 days after receipt of the deposit.
