What is Automated Stacking Crane ASRS
The Industrial Pallet Racking System with Automated Stacking Cranes is a cutting-edge warehouse automation solution designed to optimize storage space and streamline operations. This system, equipped with a Stacker Crane ASRS, efficiently loads and unloads heavy items, providing high-density vertical storage for increased efficiency. With a maximum capacity of 1500 kg per pallet load, it offers precise real-time inventory tracking through its WCS/WMS module.

Automated Rack Warehouse Technology

Automated warehouse system (AS/RS) consists of three-dimensional shelf, rail roadway stacker, pallet conveyor system, and size detection systems. Using the first-class integrated logistics concept, it coordinates advanced control and communication technology for seamless operations.
The shelves used are usually beam shelves, mobile shelves, etc., selected based on goods size and weight. The laneway stacking crane runs between the shelves to complete storage tasks efficiently.

Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a manufactory for storage rack.
Q2: Which port will be used as loading port?
A: Qingdao port, or arrange shipment according to your needs.
Q3: What is the raw material of your products?
A: Carbon steel Q235b for normal temperature, and Q345D for cold storage (-18°C or lower), or customized steel based on needs.
Q4: Do you have MOQ (minimum order quantity) limitation?
A: No, we do not have MOQ requirement for most products. Normally 1*20ft container is recommended to save cost.
Q5: What is your delivery time?
A: It depends on order quantity and racking types, normally 15 to 30 days after receipt of deposit.
Q6: How will I install the racks?
A: We provide installation videos and drawings. We can also send an engineer or team to guide the installation on site if necessary.
