VNA Racking System Overview
The narrow aisle racking system is a kind of warehouse storage pallet racking. Its forklift handling channel is relatively narrow, so it is called narrow roadway or narrow aisle racking system, which is abbreviated as VNA pallet racking system. Fast storage efficiency and very high storage density bring significant production efficiency and cost-effectiveness to users.

High-Density Storage Design
Narrow aisle racking is a high-density storage system designed specifically for warehouses with large spaces and requires a three-way stacker truck for operation. The three-way stacker truck's moving rails are installed on the floor below the narrow aisle racking and are used in conjunction with a three-way forklift. Its aisle width is only 1.6-2.4 meters, much narrower than the 3-4 meters of traditional racking.
It can reach heights of 8-15 meters, fully utilizing vertical space and achieving a storage density 30%-50% higher than traditional racking. It also supports a first-in, first-out (FIFO) system. It is suitable for warehouses with floor heights of 8 meters or more, large batch sizes, and moderate turnover rates, such as food, daily chemical, e-commerce, and manufacturing industries.
●Narrow aisles and high adaptability significantly improve overall warehouse storage density.
●Reduces aisle space and lowers unit storage costs.
●Supports first-in, first-out (FIFO) to avoid inventory backlogs and reduce losses.
●Can be used in high-rise warehouses, meeting the bulk cargo storage needs of various industries.
●Dedicated forklift assistance ensures smoother access to goods in narrow aisles.
●Fully utilizes vertical space, eliminating the need for warehouse expansion.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a professional manufactory specializing in high-quality storage racking systems with extensive R&D and production capabilities.
Q2: What raw materials are used for the racks?
Our standard racks use high-grade carbon steel Q235B. For cold storage environments (-18°C or lower), we utilize Q345D steel or other customized types based on your specific requirements.
Q3: Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No, we do not have a strict MOQ for most products. However, we generally recommend a 1*20ft container order to optimize shipping costs and operational efficiency.
Q4: What is the typical delivery time?
Delivery usually takes 15 to 30 days after receipt of the deposit, depending on the order quantity and specific racking types.
Q5: How are the products packaged for export?
We use standard export packaging. Parts are bundled with packing tape, stacked regularly, and covered with plastic film. Medium-sized shelves are often packed in cartons for added protection.
Q6: How can I install the racks at my facility?
