The narrow aisle racking system is a kind of warehouse storage pallet racking. Its forklift handling channel is relatively narrow, so it is called narrow roadway or narrow aisle racking system, which is abbreviated as VNA pallet racking system. Fast storage efficiency and very high storage density bring significant production efficiency and cost-effectiveness to users.
Narrow aisle racking is a high-density storage system designed specifically for warehouses with large spaces and requires a three-way stacker truck for operation. The three-way stacker truck's moving rails are installed on the floor below the narrow aisle racking and are used in conjunction with a three-way forklift. Its aisle width is only 1.6-2.4 meters, much narrower than the 3-4 meters of traditional racking. It can reach heights of 8-15 meters, fully utilizing vertical space and achieving a storage density 30%-50% higher than traditional racking.
It also supports a first-in, first-out (FIFO) system. It is suitable for warehouses with floor heights of 8 meters or more, large batch sizes, and moderate turnover rates, such as food, daily chemical, e-commerce, and manufacturing industries.
