Narrow Aisle Racking System (VNA)
The narrow aisle racking system is a high-density warehouse storage pallet racking solution. Its forklift handling channel is significantly narrower than traditional systems, often referred to as a VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) pallet racking system. This design enables fast storage efficiency and very high storage density, bringing significant production efficiency and cost-effectiveness to users.
High-Density Storage Design
Narrow aisle racking is designed specifically for warehouses with large spaces and requires a three-way stacker truck for operation. The aisle width is only 1.6-2.4 meters, much narrower than the 3-4 meters of traditional racking. It can reach heights of 8-15 meters, achieving a storage density 30%-50% higher than traditional racking.
Key Advantages
1
Narrow aisles and high adaptability significantly improve overall warehouse storage density.
2
Reduces aisle space and lowers unit storage costs.
3
Supports first-in, first-out (FIFO) to avoid inventory backlogs and reduce losses.
4
Can be used in high-rise warehouses (8-15 meters), meeting bulk cargo needs.
5
Dedicated forklift assistance ensures smoother and safer access to goods.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a specialized manufacturer for storage rack systems, integrating R&D, design, and production.
What materials are used for the racking systems?
The standard raw material is carbon steel Q235B. For cold storage environments (-18°C or lower), we use Q345D or other customized steel types.
Do you provide installation support?
Yes, we provide detailed installation videos and drawings. If necessary, we can send engineers or a professional installation crew to guide or perform the setup on-site.
What is the typical delivery time?
Delivery normally takes 15 to 30 days after receipt of the deposit, depending on the order quantity and specific racking types.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We do not have a strict MOQ for most products, but a 1*20ft container order is recommended to optimize shipping costs and operational efficiency.
How do you ensure product safety during transport?
We use multi-layer reinforcement including ropes, straps, and frames for fixation, alongside vibration-damping rubber pads and waterproof tarpaulins to prevent damage and rust.
